Returns for Print-on-Demand Products

At NamasteCore, all our products are custom-made print-on-demand items created specifically for each order. Due to the custom nature of these products, we have a limited return policy:

Accepted Returns

• Manufacturing defects or printing errors
• Items damaged during shipping
• Items received that are significantly different from their description

Non-Acceptable Returns

• Change of mind or buyer's remorse
• Incorrect size selection (please check size charts carefully before ordering)
• Slight variations in color (monitor displays may vary from actual printed colors)
• Any item that has been worn, washed, or altered

Return Process

1. Contact us through our website's contact form within 7 days of receiving your order
2. Include order number and clear photos showing the defect or issue
3. If approved, you will receive return instructions to send the item directly to our print provider

Refunds

• Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method
• Refund processing typically takes 5-10 business days after our print provider receives and inspects the return
• Shipping costs are non-refundable

Important Notes

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error
